Our customer was having a leak in her basement she realized the toilet upstairs was causing the leak to get worse. The customer had the wall open upon arrival towards the ground where the water was compiling. With little searching, our plumbing pros were able to diagnose where the leak was coming from and determine the copper pipe was completely cracked just due to old age and the hardness of their water. We cut out the corroded pipe and installed some ABS. Now they can flush their worries down the drain without a leak. Easy Breezy!
