This customers house was built above a reservoir so her sewer line had dropped too low and her clean outs were damaged and so was her sewer line due to the sinking of the soil around her sewer line. There was a belly of water and her sewer line began to back up. We were able to confirm our theories by dropping a camera down her sewer line locating the belly and excavating to reach the sewer line. We replaced the pipe and made sure the pipe had the correct fall. Our sewer repair pros also replaced the clean outs and backfilled. Her sewer line is not backing up anymore.
